If when entering your account you notice that you have lost your level and statistics, we want you to know that, for your peace of mind, you have not lost your progress. What may have happened is the following:
- You entered a different email address than the one you used to create the account. To verify this, go to Settings and check if the email address is incorrect. If so, log out by going to Settings > Log out and log in with the correct email address.
- You entered with a Facebook profile and your account was not associated with Facebook. If this happens, log out by going to Settings > Log out and log in with the email address with which you created your account.
- You signed in with an Apple ID and your account was not created with this method. To verify this, go to Settings and check if the email address and username are incorrect. If so, log out by going to Settings > Log out and log in with the correct email address.
Keep in mind that, if after following these steps you were unable to recover your account, you can contact our Support team here.
We ask that you provide us with all possible email addresses or usernames that you have used in your account and we will help you recover it.
