Why didn't I receive my award?

It is possible that in some moments, due to connection or server errors, you may not get your prizes.

In case this happens, we recommend that you force close the application. In many devices you can perform this procedure through the following steps:

1. Enter the Settings section of your device, and then "Applications".
2. Search for "Trivia Deluxe" and click on the application.
3. Select "Force stop/close."
